Water Wings - A practical application of air winglets onto boats to increase fuel efficiency.

In my most recent testing of water wings, there was 1.6% less drag of a boat with water wings than without.  This test was ran three different times using a force probe.

I also tested water wings by measuring the amount of spring went back.  Again, the water wings had less drag through the water
